Our kawaii mugs typically have a standard capacity of 11 ounces (approximately 325 ml), which is perfect for enjoying your favorite beverage.
Are the mugs suitable for the dishwasher and microwave?
Most of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but please check the individual specifications of each mug to ensure suitability.
What materials are used for the mugs?
Our mugs are all available in ceramic.
Are the phone cases compatible with all device models?
Yes, our phone cases are designed to be compatible with most popular models, including iPhones and Android phones.
Do phone cases protect devices well from bumps and scratches?
Yes, our phone cases are designed to provide optimal protection against bumps and scratches while adding a cute touch to your device.
What materials are used for phone cases?
Our phone cases are made from polycarbonate (for the shell) and TPU or Thermoplastic Polyurethane (lining).
Can I personalize the products sold by Happy Kreative?
We do not yet offer customization services for our products yet. They are available in predefined designs.
